QBE Re, the reinsurance division of global insurance group QBE, has appointed Will Moss as its Head of Marine, Energy & Aviation, London.
Will brings 22 years of reinsurance experience and joins from Aspen Re where he most recently served as Head of Marine, Energy, Terror, Agriculture and Cyber.
In his new role, Will holds responsibility for QBE Re’s Marine, Energy and Aviation portfolio written out of their London office, as the reinsurer continues to build out this book of business.
Will is based in London and reports to Mark Jackaman, QBE Re’s Executive Director for International. He succeeds Shane Lawlor, who was appointed Executive Director, Global Specialty for QBE Re in 2025.
